Oklahoma City Philharmonic presents a Free Patriotic Pops Concerts - 8:45pm, Parking Lot @ E. Reno Ave. and Charlie Christian
- The OKC Philharmonic celebrates Independence Day with a free Patriotic Pops concert and fireworks! On Saturday, July 3, 2010, at 8:45pm in downtown Bricktown, the OKC PHIL, with the generous support of the Inasmuch Foundation, Chesapeake Energy, Devon Energy, and OG&E, presents "Red, White, & Boom!" with soloist and Oklahoma native Craig Ricks. Maestro Joel Levine leads the OKC PHIL in both of these free outdoor performances, perfect for the entire family. Fireworks will follow the concert so you won't want to miss this event.
- This year's Philharmonic event will be held just west of the Bricktown Ballpark at E. Reno and Charlie Christian Ave. There is public parking throughout Bricktown at a variety of pay-to-park garages and lots. Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, or comfortable, personal seating. Unfortunately, no coolers, pets/animals, or glass containers are allowed.

Operation Oklahoma: A Salute to Vietnam Veterans - all day event, throughout Bricktown
- Oklahoma and the Bricktown Association will host an all day celebration in Bricktown as part of our salute to our Vietnam Veterans. Military equipment displays will be located throughout the area. Oklahoma's own 145th Army Dixieland Band will be playing mini-concerts along the canal and the following Bricktown merchants will be offering special discounts to all veterans: Chelino's, Red Pin Bowling, Spaghetti Warehouse, Earl's Rib Palace and Roosters Chicken & Beer.
