From Tulsa Oklahoma, Hiphopotamus, came together in 2006 with the idea of fusing hip hop with a live band.  Old school, new school, underground, jazz, funk…Hiphopotamus is influenced by everything and refuses to fall into one sound.  They have since been labeled Hip Hop, Rap, Alternative, and Rock, and all of those genres are woven into their songwriting.  Using no pre-programmed beats or pre-recorded music in their live shows, Hiphopotamus has been successful in creating their own unique sound.  The band is: Ray Conde/lead vocals, Tip Crowley/bass, Kevin Lantz/drums, Aaron David/guitar and keyboards, and Steve Doyle/turntables.
